Comfort & Wellness

The client has a beautiful 1930s house and we have renovated it from head to toe to our design.

The ground floor was very cramped, so there was no cohesion between the spaces. The pantry, playroom and study were each separate spaces and we connected them by placing large sliding glass steel doors between the study and the living room. Which has a very playful effect because daylight now also enters the living room through the study.

The hall was very small and by adding a loft in the storey floor, it now has a huge feeling of space, through the ceiling. An extension has been placed at the rear of the house for more connection to the beautifully landscaped attractive garden.

The architectural inner wall of the hall is verdict so that we can give that wall an extra storage function. This architectural core seems to be separate from the ceiling and has become the central center of the house.

Attic:
The attic has been converted to the domain for Mr. and Mrs. By removing the loft, the hood with its ridge can be experienced in full height. In the middle is a separate block with the sauna, Turkish bath, toilet and a double shower. And the piece of furniture on which the double washbasin is attached continues as a sideboard, which changes into the bed wall. This makes for a beautiful whole.
