Housing Kootwijkerbroek

For this project, an Oak z-staircase was realized where the trees and railings were curved. The special feature of this staircase is the integrated handrail with LED lighting. The dense walls provide a clean look. Black steps and white walls were chosen. This gives a chic effect.

For the kitchen, Altivello was able to supply high-quality appliances. The worktop and back wall of the kitchen are done in Marble, with the color choice of Amazonia ( Ice Jade Green ). All fronts are finished in Phoenix white and feature Tip-on so it is completely handle-less. The kitchen exudes tranquility and stands out brightly with the black herringbone floor in the foreground.

Sleek cabinetry was also created in several areas of the home. Some of the cabinet walls have LED lighting. When the cabinets are opened, the lights come on automatically.

The fireplace in the living room has a unique look. In fact, the edges and fronts are finished in patinated brass. An aging process gives the brass cool appearance.
