Property in Boskoop
This barn home in a new neighborhood in Boskoop was built on a waterfront lot. From the home is an open connection to the waterfront. The structure of the house is formed by four wooden trusses.
Canopy
A canopy has been constructed at the front and rear. At the front as a carport, at the rear as a covered terrace. The facade is a combination of masonry and wooden cladding, in the form of a thin slat. All windows and doors were created as floor-to-ceiling openings in the façade. They strengthen the structure of the wooden structure.
A beautiful, open living space was created on the first floor, overlooking the water. Central to the living space a loft, creating a light and spacious effect. The home has a bedroom with attached bathroom and walk-in closet, making it life-proof. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a bathroom.
