Modern high-level balcony

This 180 m2 balcony overlooks the Bossche Broek. On the outskirts of Vught, we renovated a dilapidated outdoor space into a high-end residence for four seasons!

Modern garden: luxury balcony
This balcony is an extra living space for any time of the year. From a luxurious lounge with fireplace and TV, to a cozy gathering around the fire table. Eating outside? No problem! From the kitchen you can walk straight to the dining table. You sit there nicely sheltered by a strategically placed wall. Through the opening in the wall you keep a beautiful view. Depending on which direction you look up, you can see the picturesque center of Vught or the skyline of ‘s-Hertogenbosch with St. John’s as the focal point.

Sleek balcony: year-round comfort
A structure of concrete beams is present from the building. One of these rooms is completely sealed. The next room features two skylights. These rooms can be opened and closed with a harmonica door. On the south side, space has been made for sun beds and a large dining terrace.

Modern and luxurious materials
The materials are a nice combination of stone and wood. The white pebbles combined with the large white containers and olives give a vacation atmosphere. Of course, the entire balcony is equipped with ambient lighting and a fully automatic irrigation system.
