Modern detached villa with a rectangular swimming pool

Brick and glass set the tone before the interior even comes into view. The modern villa with swimming pool is composed as a clear main volume, framed by a set outer line that gives the mass a sharper edge. On both sides, lower wings wrap around the plan and lighten the profile. Large glass openings pull daylight deep inside and keep the connection to the garden visible from the first glance.

A main volume framed by lower side wings

The house reads as a detached villa with a strong central body and a more open, horizontal base. That contrast is what gives the composition its energy. The upper volume sits under an asymmetrical gable roof with dark roofing, while the lower parts are outlined in white and visually hold the center piece in place. Brickwork is laid out with clear horizontal and vertical shifts, so the surfaces do not feel flat even from a distance.

Seen from outside, the facade works with restraint rather than excess. The brick and glass facade combines solid masonry with broad glazed sections, and the rhythm changes from one side to the other. Narrow openings, wider panes and dark frames create a measured pattern. It is a simple move, but it gives the house a distinct face without relying on ornament.

Large glass openings point straight to the garden

Daylight is one of the main features here. Large glass openings keep the interior bright and make the garden part of the everyday view. Sliding or full-height openings blur the threshold to the outside, so the rooms do not stop at the wall line. Across the site, the eye moves from the interior to the terrace and then on to the landscape beyond the house. That indoor-outdoor connection to garden is not treated as a slogan; it is built into the way the elevations open up.

The outdoor zone is generous and easy to read. A rectangular pool terrace sits in front of the house, with paving running along the water and framing the pool as a clear geometric element. The pool is not tucked away in a corner; it becomes part of the main composition. Low planting, hard surfacing and broad paved areas keep the setting open, so the water surface remains the strongest visual note in the garden.

The pool terrace as part of the architecture

From the wide exterior views, the relation between house and garden feels deliberate. The brick volumes meet the terrace edges cleanly, and the dark roofline pulls the silhouette upward above the lower side wings. Vertical slats and screened window zones add a layer of depth around the openings, so light and shadow change across the day. In that sense, the modern villa with swimming pool is shaped as much by its thresholds as by its walls.

The composition also works well in relation to the land opposite the house. The large glazing keeps that view open, and the terrace acts as a pause between inside and out. Instead of closing the plan off, the design uses wide panes and long sightlines to keep the garden active in the experience of the house. The result is a clear spatial sequence: brick volume, glass opening, terrace, pool, landscape.

Inside, the route is marked by wood and steel

The interior continues the same calm line, but with softer materials underfoot and under the hand. An open staircase with wooden steps rises through the house like a light frame rather than a heavy object. Dark metal supports hold the treads in place and sharpen the outline. Because the stair is open, daylight can move around it, and the space around the stair remains visually connected to the rooms beside it.

Other interior views show the same preference for clear surfaces and direct lines. Horizontal blinds filter the windows in the living room, drawing bands of light across the walls and floor. A wooden floor stretches through the room and keeps the space grounded beneath the larger glass surfaces. The furniture is kept low and quiet, so the windows and the daylight do most of the work.

A kitchen built around a stone countertop

The kitchen is organized with the same practical clarity. A large stone countertop anchors the run of cabinets and gives the room a firmer horizontal line. The cabinetry reads as minimal, with a light wood or pale finish and integrated appliances tucked into the composition. Nothing competes with the work surface, which becomes the main visual and functional plane in the room. In the context of a modern villa with swimming pool, this kind of kitchen belongs naturally to the open route between house and garden.

The connection between kitchen and living spaces is reinforced by the way light enters from multiple sides. Glazed walls and broad openings reduce the sense of enclosure, while the countertop and built-in storage keep the room visually ordered. The kitchen does not rely on decorative gestures. Its strength lies in the measured proportions of the island or worktop area, the clean cabinet faces and the way the space stays open to the rest of the house.

A bathroom with stone surfaces and a corner bathtub

The bathroom shifts the mood without changing the project language. Stone-pattern walls add texture, and the dark-framed window keeps the room visually tied to the exterior. A corner bathtub sits against the wall and makes efficient use of the available floor area. The finish is understated, but the material contrast between smooth bath surface and patterned wall gives the room enough depth to hold attention.

Across the project, the details are consistent: brick outside, wood in the stair, stone on the countertop, and glass wherever the plan needs light or a view. The modern detached villa does not depend on one dramatic gesture. It works through a sequence of measured moves, from the framed main volume to the lower side wings, from the terrace to the rectangular pool, and from the open stair to the quiet bathroom. That is what gives the house its clear identity.
