Project Staden

Almost the entire interior was designed and made by Avani Interior. Kitchen, ceiling with arch (which creates the optical separation between kitchen and living room in this open space), fireplace wall, storage closet, large pivoting door, bathroom, all wooden ceilings that also extend to the outside.

• Kitchen : Semi-raw oak planks combined with a granite countertop and many steel accents, with the curved arch as an eye-catcher.

• Fireplace wall & storage cabinet : Here we combined the fronts in steel and mdf (which were then afterwards occupied with a technique (mortex) used throughout the house). Just to soften the whole thing. In the fireplace wall, the old oak post is the eye catcher . This also returns in the bathroom. The sliders and lining of the fireplace are in blue brut steel

• Bathroom: Steel, old oak and mortex are the mix here. From their bath they have a fantastic vista

• Pivot door: Steel pivot door. Steel, finished glass , cathedral gals and green glass combined. Green accents run throughout the house. Hence the choice to incorporate green glass as well.

• Wood ceilings: Brute oak slats that continue throughout to the outside. The arch as an optical separation between kitchen and living room. In the kitchen a wooden ceiling and a ceramic floor / In the living room a wooden floor and a ceiling in engineering.
