Property in Werkhoven

The roof of this house extends into the facade on both sides. In the end walls, the load-bearing truss construction is visible, filled in with wooden facade sections and glass. The left side facade follows the sloping property line, causing the gutter line to rise slightly.

Praise space
In the rear façade, the line of the façade has been converted into the storey floor. The floor plan consists of a loft-like space, with the supporting functions (toilet, meter cupboard, wardrobe, staircase and kitchen cabinetry) placed in a block. Because the kitchen is placed in the middle, it is possible to exchange the sitting area and the dining area at the front or the back.
