The clients of this home with garage, took advantage of the unique opportunity to realize their own dream home in a sought-after location in the new Kerckebosch neighborhood in Zeist. A unique lot, because of the present old trees and shifting dunes, located directly on the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and Heidestein estate. Architect Marcel de Ruiter put his creativity to use and designed a beautiful villa with a high level of architecture.

The home is partially basement, energy efficient and finished to a very high standard. A basement gives a huge amount more space for a relatively low investment. The pump can heat and cool a home in an energy-efficient manner and provide hot tap water.
