RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

A newly built house, inconspicuously hidden among row houses, on the coast. From the street, upon entering, the courtyard opens up like an oyster so that you can discover the pearl hidden within.

The awning over the kitchen and also over the bed in bedroom provide security in the open space. This delineates a “box in the box,” so to speak, so that the kitchen is screened from the open space, but still flows into the dining and living areas. Similarly, the open gas fireplace, with glass to the left and right, is a screen to the hobby room where you can still catch a glimpse of the atmosphere of this room.

Everything is done in shades of sand with accents in black and in bronze. Perspectives!
