Modern garden with pool house and pool

This large garden in Den Bosch offers plenty of space, tranquility and relaxation. A swimming pool and a luxurious pool house are the new center of this outdoor space. Pool is the beating heart in this modern garden. It was time for this garden to be revitalized. The children were too old for the large worn-out play lawn, and the parents were eager to explore whether a pool could revitalize the garden. After an intensive planting process with our landscaper, the garden was completely redone. The pool forms the connecting link between the covered terrace at the residence and the new pool house. The pool house consists of three parts: The closed part houses the pool technology and is the storage for bicycles. The second section can be closed with glass walls and is an additional outdoor room with TV, heaters and luxurious lounge sofas. The last part is covered and has a connection to the sunbeds on the sun terrace through the open wall.

Landscaping provides grip
Since the clients both have busy jobs, maintenance had to be limited. A mowing robot keeps up with the lawn. The sprinkler system sprays automatically. The clean layout of the architectural design – the signature of Sparq Gardens – ensures that the image is always calm and cared for. A few steps create a playful effect and solve the difference in height present. Anthracite-colored walls provide a nice color contrast to the warmth of the woodwork. A structure of hedges creates a clear layout and creates a green atmosphere.

The pool house is a nice place to unwind after a busy work day. In bad weather, the glass walls can be closed and, with the heater on, the place is great. It’s also a great chill place for teenage kids to hang out with friends until late. Of course, the pool house is equipped with a TV and good wifi!

Sleek garden with large areas
The plantings are planted in large groups. If after an initial growing season, the areas are ground cover and so maintenance falls back to a lower level. The ceramic tiles are grouted and easy to keep clean. A few strategically placed multi-stemmed trees are wonderful mood creators and provide a nice form contrast to the clean lines.
