  • Website optimization and security via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical data for security and performance optimization.
  • Managing customer relationships and communication via HubSpot CRM. We have data processing agreements with Cloudflare, HubSpot, and Google to ensure they process your data in accordance with the GDPR.
  • International data transfer: Your data may be processed outside the EU (e.g., by HubSpot). In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to guarantee the protection of your data.

HOOG takes effective technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, or any other form of unlawful processing of your personal data. These measures include encryption, access control, and regular security audits.
